I would rate them a zero if possible. I paid for and completed an open water certification course with them and have been waiting six months for my certification card. Each time I contact them I get the runaround about them waiting on SSI to process the cards. After reaching out to SSI, I found out that the shop is in trouble with SSI and has just lost its endorsement from SSI. You won’t get your card. AVOID!
