Absolutely upsetting(see photos updated of raw wings from Super Bowl Sunday)! From incorrect wait times for pick ups, to wrong orders being sent out– it’s truly unfortunate that this location hasn’t improved. We despise going to the location for pick up(it’s never ready on time, sometimes up to 20 minutes waiting AFTER scheduled pick up time) and last night’s Super Bowl order was the final straw. Wings came completely UNCOOKED in the center– BRIGHTRED. After baking for another 15 minutes at 425 degrees, they were finally cooked through, defeating the purpose of ordering out. Boxes always arrive smashed and mangled. We thought this new location would continue getting better with time(as their last location in SLP was great!) but the employee’s and management simply don’t care.

Absolutely horrible service. Never in my entire life of ordering from Pizza Hut have I experienced this level of laziness and disrespect from a location. More often than not, my pizza comes more than 30 minutes late — once a driver called to tell me he was on his way and NEVERSHOWEDUP. I get calls from the cook saying they’re understaffed and that my order isn’t a priority(even though I pre-ordered to make sure it would come on time for lunch) compared to others she had. She tried to have my cancel my order because it was more convenient for her. And here I am waiting an hour and a half past my delivery time, hungry, and being handed a million excuses. Order elsewhere, this place is hopeless.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Unfortunately, this is the only location which delivers to my address, and I have had multiple issues with incorrect orders, forgotten items, late deliveries, etc. However, this last experience takes the cake: Order was placed for cheese bacon stuff crust: Half pepperoni lovers /half Italian sausage/mushroom. Order arrived incorrectly as: Half Italian Sausage /Half Mushroom. Called store and was placed on hold for a Manager for longer than 10 minutes. Hung up and called store back and was told by store employee that a manager would«Call us back». With our dinner clearly already ruined and no sign of it being corrected in a timely fashion — we ordered Domino’s(might I take the opportunity to now recommend them), in the mean time and waited for a manger to call us back. However, that call never came. We were not only out nearly $ 40 for our order, but will NEVER again order from this location. You can imagine this goes beyond terrible customer service /customer satisfaction issues. It is understandable that mistakes will occur. However, it is not understandable that a situation be handled in this fashion. This location is obviously not functioning properly and should be addressed.
