Pros: Durbin Crossing is a beautiful area. Active residents are commonly seen cycling, jogging, and dog walking. The pool and gym area are very nice — & nicely kept up. Schools, grocery stores, emergency services and restaurants are nearby. I am proud to show off this community to visiting guests. Cons: *The HOA fees are low, however, HOA enforcement is practically nonexistent here. Letters are written from time to time, however, a lot of residents have complained about the lack of vigilance in Durbin Crossing. Hedges growing over 5ft tall, stained driveways, basketball hoops, etc. *Cars consistently park on the streets, causing drivers to swerve through the roads to their homes. *High CDD fees *Lots of unsupervised children in the streets(Can be seen as a pro or con) This community is still one of the best around, however, I worry about how long I can comfortably claim it as such. I’m not sure whether I should live happily ever after here or pack up & sell…

Durbin Crossing is an exceptional family friendly community. The neighbors are active and involved which make the community feel so alive. The brand new K-8 school, Patriot Oaks Academy, is a huge plus because it is zoned exclusively for Durbin Crossing residents. Other A rated schools are nearby. There are two large amenity centers with everything from clubhouse to pools, splash park, water slide, fitness center and playgrounds. There are wonderful sports park in the neighborhood for soccer, football and baseball. There is also a great dog park. It’s a wonderful place to live and beats Nocatee to death. Nocatee was huge and cold. It feels like a highway through nowhere. We are so glad we chose Durbin Crossing. We are so happy and love our neighbors. We highly recommend it.
