Since the change in ownership, Louise’s is just not the same. I shopped at the original location and now shop at the store on Rt 41, I am guessing I have been a customer for 30 years! You are rarely greeted or offered assistance when you enter the store. The personnel is usually behind the counter chatting and, upon entering, the customer feels as if he/she is intruding and interrupting a personal conversation. I like the convenience of the shop and their selection of beautiful bags, jewelry, etc. I just wish service was better. My expectations for that are low at Louise’s.

I have been here twice and a the customer service was awful. I was in there the other day trying to buy some Brighton stuff and a lady came over and asked if I needed help. I told her I needed 1 charm and a bracelet. They were having a special where if you bought $ 75 in charms you could get the bracelet for free. I told her several times I did not want to do that. She said that was the only way I could get a bracelet I couldn t buy one because they were out yet I could get one if I got $ 75 in charms. Once I finally told her the final time I did not want to do that she said ok and walked away. She did not help me with getting a charm. I stood there for about 20 min waiting for her or one of the other employees to help me. She decided to help someone else(who was prob going to spend more money) The other girl never came to help me either she was just talking to someone about the different towns in the area. After standing waiting for 20 min I just walked out. Their loss and I will never go back there. I would travel somewhere that took longer then go back there again. They are rude and stuck up!
