Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Just plain dirty and old. The sheets are about 100 years old and are paper thin. Ended up leaving cuz when we came back for the evening there were thousands of ants in the bathroom. Wall were not just dirty but filthy. This hotel should be shut down by the health department. TV was old and small. No reception. Had no remote and lamps did not work.

We booked the place because it was really cheap, had a pool and included ‘breakfast’. The room was ok, we didn’t use the pool but don’t expect to get breakfast as in a real breakfast. There’s toast and cereal and old coffee. That’s it. For the price it was ok but just remember that since it’s so cheap all the extra’s are just extra’s and don’t expect too much of them. Oh and btw, you need to be 21 to book a room. Thanks so much for the lady who still helped us out, despite being too young!

Service sucks, people do not know what they’re doing . We were accused multiple times that we did not pay for our 2 dogs when we clearly stated in the reservation, hours before we arrived, that we have 2 small dogs.

Thanks to my «professional cyclist”/occasional motorcycle wanderer lifestyle, economy rate hotels tend to occupy an unusually large portion of my time spent asleep. Sadly, the Suntime Inn clings to the very bottom rung of the scale — middling somewhere between a circa-1942 Japanese internment camp and a mob-owned budget rest home. You’ll see this selection as the most affordable on an ubiquitous travel site and be tempted to pocket $ 11 a night over the Best Western up the street. Do NOT answer the siren song of savings on par with the Early Bird Special at Applebee’s up the street. Your room keys will repeatedly cease to function after a magical 12-hour window. The soundtrack of your neighbors will be heard in crystal-clear surround sound. The threadbare sheets on your bed will remain unmade after a night’s sleep, and garbages unemptied. Exciting and new odors will greet your olfactory senses(see: budget rest home). The«continental breakfast», a wide array of instant coffee, stale fruit loops, and Little Debbie cinnamon rolls will be sneezed on(repeatedly) by the proprietor’s motley brood. The advertised kitchenette, while rather substantial, includes absolutely no dishes, pans, or utensils with which to make use of it. As an added bonus, its faucet rather hygienically doubles as the bathroom sink. And finally, the plumbing will be unable to cope with any vile substance your body can render. It was, however, decently clean upon occupancy. Decently. I expected far worse. Avoid. If passing through and finding St. George is booked, keep driving 40 minutes to Mesquite or Cedar City.

If you need a cheap room for the nite, this is it. But seriously the rooms/pool are nicer two doors down. I think this also serves as a half way house. This would explain the odd people’s who may or may not knock on your door at strange hours in the am. I stayed here for an extended time a few years back. the crazy people come and go from this motel

Not a horrible place. You can find better for cheaper though.

You get what you pay for. We paid $ 40 for a 1 night stay. When we checked in, the guy at the front was very friendly. The room was nothing special, needs some upgrades, but it wasn’t dirty which was my biggest fear. The beds were less than desirable, and the TV was terrible. It was very small, and the cable reception was extremely fuzzy. When we asked for them to fix it they said we can move rooms, but the other rooms had the same quality. They do have a refrigerator and a microwave which came in handy. At 5 in the morning there was a woman knocking on the room next door over and over calling someone’s name. Not that the hotel could help that, but it just added to the irritation. Then around 8:30 in the morning they had power drills going on outside our door. We had requested a late check out, there was a man that we spoke with that gave us a 1pm check out. We went to breakfast and returned to realize we’d forgotten our key. I went to the front desk to ask for a new one and an older Indian woman told me that we had already checked out. I told her that all of our things were in that room and we had gotten a 1pm check out. She was very rude and uncooperative and treated me as if I was lying! After arguing with her for 5 minutes and showing her my id and re-explaining over and over to her that we had NOT checked out, she finally gave me a room key. It was not a great choice, to be honest I wish I’d paid the extra money and gotten a nicer hotel room — but like I said. you get what you pay for! Now I know…

I booked this place on because i wanted an inexpensive place to stay for a one day assault on the«subway» in zion national park. I found the rooms to be more expensive in the city of hurricane so the extra distance to get to zion from saint george worked out. The room was clean the extra amenities it had were a small refrigerator i used to store some cold drinks. The hotel is located on a major street so there wore plenty of eateries located closeby. Also it had free wifi which I could access directly from my room.
