upon entering the store GM asked my 11 year old daughter what sandwich she wanted, she said 12″ flat bread, the GM then asked the same question and got the same answer; i then told my daughter to say what type of meat. then I explained to the GM that next time an 11 year old gives her the same answer that she should clarify. the GM then started threatening to kick me out of her store saying she was then GM, I said fine, i would go somewhere else. I went on Unilocal,Google and every other social media and posted this example of a non-kid friendly store! And POOR customer services! I wasn’t rude, didn’t swear, just explained i didn’t like how she treated my daughter and she immediately goes to threats… Poor customer service and a not kid friendly store! O she had no name badge so I can’t even tell you her name.
