Hmmm. I paid $ 15 more for «Executive» comforts. Too bad they were «out of water because of the holiday» and wifi didn’t work at all. Piss poor execution. No word back from customer service.

After attempting to contact the business again, this time via email, I promptly heard back from the owner. He apologized, and said he promised to make things right. Which he did. Bottom line: their shuttle service is good. Their customer service is in need of tuning. If you do have a problem, ask to speak directly to the owner!

I have taken all the shuttles that travel to and from St. George and this is by far the best, most luxurious travel experience of all. The vans are extremely comfortable, custom leather seats, free wifi, free water and have many drop off/​pick up locations. I will ONLY use St. George Executive when I have to travel via shuttle in the future.
