This place is spectacularly impressive, either fabulously well-kept or new, maybe both. Layout is solid, place is clean and well-lit, very modern inside. Aisles are huge, which is a nice bonus. This also has pumps. If I lived down there, it would be hard to imagine going anywhere else and I sort of wish this was up in Salt Lake City… it’s nicer than several there.

Great store, great Sushi. I only with they had Rico brand Mexican food like all the Northern stores. Vegas store has Rico too. Hope they get it!

Love the store. Good seafood quality, above average produce, service is excellent. The store is clean and I can almost always find an associate when I can’t find something. New app for the store is very cool for my coupons. Also has good gluten free and organic selection. Fan of the sushi stand as well. Free sample when I go in and usually get a roll(dragon or one with eel).

This is a pretty good Smith’s. There is a good selection and the service is decent. It seems though whenever I go that the employees are few and far between. Its hard to get service because there are no workers anywhere to answer questions! They offer a gas rewards program where you get points to apply on discounts for the price per gallon of gas. Thats pretty nice. It gives you the discount on a fill up so to strategize I fill up when my tank is empty so I can get the most bang for the buck.

the people that use dixie care n share are there all the time, i get hot, im homeless i go in, i get ice water and leave. the old folks use the place like its a second home, and who knows? i was disturbed because i have been here to observe dixie state university three times now, i love the sunroc and the other places as well as the bluffs, but since this place was remodeled in february of 2013, i remember because i watched the super bowl consisting of the HARBAUGH brothers down the road, and well its july 2014, the dust from ceiling tile is there, theres some ice cream machine with dirty gaskets, and the floor is gross… its hard to say that the fresh market is better in PROVO, but it is.

Despite being a busy store while I was there, it was clean with plenty of staff. The location appears to have all the trimmings, gas, groceries, pharmacy, etc.

I stopped here for gas today. It was convenient and the price was good compared to some others nearby. It was a fast stop.

The customer service of this place – or more accurately the lack of same – really aggravated me tonight. I was at this Smith’s just after midnight trying to buy some nuts, Coke, and water for the motel room. Not one checkstand was manned or open; the few shoppers there all had to go through the self-checkout procedure, which, as a dinosaur of the past used to real human contact with a live checker, I hate, since I always seem to encounter some problem that impedes an easy, quick, and successful self-checkout – whether it is an avocado with no UPC label, a can of green beans that will not record the price, or some other odd happenstance. This time I had difficulty getting my Smith’s card number to record, so I told a clerk who was only five feet away from me, counting bills, that I could not get my card to register. I was met with no direct eye contact and absolutely no audible response. Next I saw that the touchscreen on the checkout machine had an option to call for help. So, I pressed that selection, and the screen announced that an attendant had been notified, and I would soon be assisted. Instead, I heard the bill counter mutter aloud, seemingly to herself, «It’s really busy,» and no store employee ever came to my aid. That was an interesting comment, since maybe eight people total were in the store, and two of them were with me. Finally, after several more attempts, a card swipe worked, and my card number was recorded. I inserted cash to pay for my snack items, the machine spat out the correct amount of change, and I passed by the now again silent female attendant, and left this decidedly unhelpful store.

This is a pretty typical Smiths as far as lay out, cleanliness, etc. I was here on a holiday so, it was pretty bustling even at mid-day on Monday, but I doubt that is typical. We used the self-check out, but the guys stocking the shelves did take the time to ask my hot sister if she was finding everything ok. The thing to know about this location is that the exits and entrances are a little weird. If you’re going north on Bluff, there’s a one lane entrance into the parking lot, and then there’s a one way exit leaving the parking lot to continue north, but if you’re headed south you need to enter or exit from the St. George Blvd side, or from the road just south of the parking lot. I MAY have driven on the wrong side of the road for half a block after attempting to go in the one way exit on Bluff.
