Lip Trix

My experience here was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I went in to get some rentals for my friends and possibly find a used snowboard for sale. I don’t remember the owner’s name but he said that he didn’t have any used boards that fit my bindings. Instead, he pulled off a brand new snowboard from his wall and offered it to me at a great deal! I couldn’t refuse so I bought it and headed to the mountain. We had to return the rentals so he told me to be sure and let him know how I liked the board.
It turned out that I didn’t like it at all. I’m pretty sure it was just the burton on burton EST bindings that I’ve never liked (I came in with my own, newish Burton bindings, he only sold me the board) He said that he wanted to keep all his customers happy so he took ANOTHER brand new board off the shelf. This time something that was fuller and longer. He traded me my burton EST bindings for some used traditional ones. I left there with a brand new board and a pair of used bindings that I think will work out great.
I highly recommend visiting this guys shop. He was courteous and respectful and I’m sure he will go above and beyond to fit you in the right gear! I wish all shopping experiences could be as easy and friendly.
