I took a house scouting trip to St George and met with Michelle Evans. I was looking at older homes, so it helped to have someone along that was an experienced realtor. Michelle didn’t sugar coat anything just to make a sale. In the end I have moved my search elsewhere, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Michelle again if I was in the St George market.

Heidi Skinner listed our view lot in Washington City and did absolutely nothing to market it or keep us informed. They didn’t put the address in the listing. We re-​wrote the description because theirs was lame. Her and her team didn’t return phone calls. They didn’t give us any status updates we asked for. Never use her.
