I just purchased 6 Miuras from Carson Joens. Great service! Great quality. And ohhh what a difference. I originally was going to buy two clubs [ an 8, and a sand wedge]…which is what I started with. I promptly went out and was able to hit with the 8 iron [up until now my 8 was so unpredictable] Carson weighed and measured it and it turns out it was to heavy compared to my 9… My first round with the two new clubs garnered a chip in birdie from 50+ yards and a soft landing on a green from the tee on a short par 3. I immediately ordered four more clubs. They were done quickly and all were fit to my exact swing. They can also be adjusted should my swing change in the future. WELL WORTH THE MONEY. He had great advice for my remaining clubs… not trying to sell me more clubs just making them all fit me as perfectly as possible. Highly, highly recommend.

My idea of a fitting prior to meeting David Butler was some snot-​nosed kid at Golfsmith who, upon seeing that I am 6’5″, promptly suggesting an inch over with two degrees upright. David opened my eyes to what a fitting should really be. Three to four hours of hitting into his state-​of-​the-​art Trackman (which measures every variable under the sun), changing shafts and changing heads, we put together a set of clubs that has been by far the most accurate and pleasurable I’ve ever owned. They’re Miuras, so of course, the quality of the product goes without saying. But what I found equally impressive was David’s incredible attention to detail. You’re obviously going to pay more than an off-​the-​rack set, but if you’re an avid golfer like me and plan on using the clubs for the next 5 – 10 years, its worth the investment. With David, you’re establishing a relationship that extends far beyond your purchase of the clubs. If you want to take fitting and equipment out of your bag of golf anxieties, go see David.
