After a long day of cross country driving and you get to your wonderful hotel, you just want a nice quick bite to eat. REGARDLESSOFOBVIOUSCONVENIENCE, I would not come back here again unless I wanted to get snippy with someone. Its frustrating to(in person, not through drive through) clearly state what you want and have said person taking the order repeat something entirely else back to you just as clearly. REPEATEDLY. To the point where one tries to offer an excuse for obvious miscommunication by saying«Hold on, we’re getting mixed up. Maybe I’m a little tired…» just to have the lady taking your order interrupt and rudely state«Yeah, we’re BOTH tired.» Like dude, don’t you take it out on me if you had a bad day, I didn’t cause it! When you FINALLY get your order figured out, you just want to get out of there so you might ignore that gut feeling telling you to check the order. But you’re tired so you walk back to your hotel, only to discover that though they happily charged you for everything you ordered, they neglected to give you part of it. I guess the blame is partially shared there but in all honesty, the customer shouldn’t be required to check and ensure if the product they paid for is there. RUDE, and frankly incompetent staff makes for at least one customer who Definitely will not be returning.

Just had an interesting experience at this Burger King. We pulled up to the drive through and a kind female voice told us to order when ready, I started to place my order and a male voice cut me off, «Are you f***ing kidding me, McDonald’s is serving food now too.» Shocked, I sat there for a moment then drove off. We called and asked to speak to the manager. She assured us that he didn’t know his radio was on and that he was being written up. I understand such a large franchise isn’t too picky about who they hire, but if I were the owner paying this employee to do a job he applied for I wouldn’t be happy about them complaining. Radio on or not.

Please please please teach your kitchen staff the difference between sauce and condiments. I am so tied of having mayo and mustard dripping everywhere because Hispanic workers don’t get American food. It would be nice to actually taste the burger. A condiment is added for flavor but not smothering the food like you would for a smothered burrito. It’s kinda like a hair cut. You can always take a little more off but hard to put back if you are too aggressive. Train these people, it’s not their fault if they don’t know how to do it.

Burger is a solid fast food burger choice. They serve Coke, have well built burgers, and their menu is extensive. Obviously, compared to other burger places available in town, Burger King falls short. The Habit, 5 Guys, and Apollo are some of the top contenders in town for me. Another shortfall is breakfast. Burger King breakfast food doesn’t leave me feeling as satisfied as McBreakfast does.

This place is awful. Painfully slow. And it’s Burger King so it’s awful food. The dangers of road trips.

The drive thru was really slow, I finally left and went to Mcdonalds across the street.
