Long story short, If you need a bridal dress, don’t go here. My friend made an appointment to try on dresses for her wedding. The woman working completely ignored her. When my friend asked for help, the lady acted upset as if she was annoyed to be bothered to help. We had a way better experience in Cedar City at «Celebrate the Occasions.» It was funny, the lady working at the cedar city store told us that she gets a lot of people driving up from Saint George because they had similarly bad experiences at boulevard bridal. She told me to tell you guys «thanks» for all the business you’ve brought them

Purchased my gown here last week! Their customer service was exceptional. They went above and beyond. I’m so excited to wear my dress! It was even 100 cheaper than online.

If I could give no stars I would! Stay clear of this place, I bought 3 dresses from them, 1 Iliked a little and decided to keep, not for the wedding but maybe a different occasion. The other two I wanted to return as they were unfixable. I wrote to the store for a return code as a studied the return policy closely before i ordered the dresses. The store wrote back saying they sent the size I ordered so they could not give me a refund. I complained and pasted their return policy in the email which clearly stated that they would refund for dresses. They told me how to mail back the dresses but after a year and many emails I have yet to see a refund and they got their dresses back, a total scam!
