First they charged for coming to bid the job. Then when BOTH of the faucets that they had installed failed — they tried to say that it was due to being frozen. Hmm we haven’t seen cold weather in months, plus it was an extremely mild winter, and none of our other faucets froze. Plus they were well insulated. They said they would come look at them, which they did not. When called again, they refused. Plus they were expensive to begin with. When my husband went to replace their parts, he found that they had used the CHEAPEST parts possible. They charged $ 266 for two yard faucets and to move one a foot over.
