Terrible customer service. I’ve called 8 times in the past 2 days and never got an answer. I finally got time to go to the store and arrived around 7:45pm. One of the employees took my name down and said it would be 45 minutes. I left to grab something to eat and came back 20 minutes later and the doors were locked but they were still helping customers inside. After 5 minutes a manager came to the door and said the were done helping customers. When I told him my situation he just said that I shouldn’t have left and that they would have helped me if I would have stayed even though I came back 25 minutes early and not everyone in the store had been helped. He acted very annoyed with me and didn’t want to hear me out. I never write reviews but this store sucks and I would recommend doing everything online if you’re in the St. Cloud area.

Customer service unparalleled! Activated a new phone and switched phones between 2 users and the process was completely painless. Staff was so fast and just took care of the process. Very impressed!
