Lake Nona Pools

I would flat out recommend Lake Nona Pools to anyone in need of someone to service their pool. If more companies out there would offer the same respect and customer service that LNP does, I’m sure there would be a higher success rate.
I tried 2 other pool companies prior to signing up with LNP and I was ready to lose my mind. One company tried to rip me off for the repairs, the other was a co-worker’s husband’s own pool business and he would never answer or return my calls and was full of empty promises. EVERYBODY wants to rip you off now in days. Shoddy and incomplete work, it’s nearly impossible to find anybody you can trust. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Lake Nona Pools. Excellent customer service to the max. I call, someone answers and addresses any questions or concerns. The prices are reasonable and they have been 100% dependable. I have had minor parts and repairs needed here and there that were addressed by the owner Shawn. You know what? They were reported to me and repaired in a very timely manner and I was charged feasible rates for those repairs. It’s truly amazing to deal with a company with ethics, it’s easy to see that they want to keep your business here year after year.
No, I am not related to the owner or anything of the sort. I just feel that people in general are always to eager to spread the negative reviews around with ease but not as much as the positive in my opinion. When I come across a business who takes care of their people like LNP does, I feel compelled to tell everyone.
