Gamestop

No mater what you do it will take you 20 minutes to pay and get out of the store no mater how busy it is they waste time endlessly upselling. last time I was there I waited in line as an employee rung up a giant stack of games for them self and took there time figuring out how to give them self the biggest discount.

I bought a refurbished PS2 from the Gamestop online store for my sister for Christmas and had it shipped to Florida so I wouldn’t have to drag it through airport security or bang it up in a suitcase. Unfortunately, the one they sent me didn’t work. Luckily Saint Cloud, Florida has a Gamestop and according to the receipt you can take things in to the stores for exchanges.
No hassle at all at the store– had a new PS2 in about 10 minutes. But… that one didn’t work either. So back to the Gamestop. The staff members were extremely apologetic about the fact that the the replacement didn’t work, so they went back and tested one for us before they give it to us as a replacement. Success!
They managed to do all this with a relatively full store on December 23^rd without slowing things down for anyone. The best part about it all was that they didn’t treat me like an idiot, even though I clearly had never tried to use a PS2 before.
