I just moved into an older house. Previous owners had a cat hadn’t had the carpet cleaned in what looked like 15 years! Called up Dave and scheduled an appointment for the same week. My carpet looks brand new! Also, the quoted price was what I paid (which was slightly cheaper than I had expected) 10⁄10 customer service, 10⁄10 satisfaction, 10⁄10 would recommend to a friend. 10⁄10 will be doing business again in the future.

I called and left a msg over the lunch hour that we had a ‘spill’ wondering if they could help us before next week Monday (it’s only Wednesday) I was away from my phone for one hour. Within that hour Dave came right over and had the mess cleaned up with in an hour. Amazing and professional! Used them many many times. Won’t use anyone else.

it’s easy to give 5 stars to Carlson. They came out today and the carpet looks amazing!!! The smell is gone, the stains are gone… the carpet looks brand new. They even cut and stretched a section and the results were excellent. I highly recommend Carlson.
