Karen who works the drive thru is always so polite and nice :-) every time I go, she always gets my order right and has a cheerful atitude

It’s a shame this Wendy’s is the closest to my house. We’ve learned to NEVER go through the drive through. If were forced to we sit and triple check everything. Our order is 100% of the time messed up in drive through! Only about 50% when walking in. What a joke! The managers there know both me and hubby because of how many times we’ve complained or brought food back. If it was as simple as pulling off unwanted tomato I wouldn’t be as negative toward this location.
A few of their employees are super slow as well!
I’m not sure why this is called Wendy’s international either.
Anyway, better than mcdonalds but not my fav place to be!

I’m in here right now. There are 3 people other than me and no drive thru traffic. In my opinion they still couldn’t get my order right and I had to get they’re attention just to get waited on. In my opinion the tables all need to be wiped off. They redid my order, when it was done instead of walking it out to me, they shouted across the restaurant, to have me come up and get it.
