Customer service seems like a foreign concept here.
Most employees act annoyed that a customer has a question or needs assistance.

I used to love this store but it seems to be getting to me. I went in to look at mulch and a woman was helping a man with a plant. She was so into it I thought they were about to go out on a date. So I said to my friends that were with me «you think I can find the mulch?» Hoping she would snap out of it. She said oh they can help you with mulch up front. Um were back here now. So we start to walk up front and a woman on the phone came at us and was like oh oh hang on. Then we walked inside to see a line. I looked at my friends and said you know what? They said yea «BYE!
