This is now my pool store for life. I am late in closing my pool for the season so I drove to two other places that were closed before trying here. I went to the door and they were closed as well. I went to my car to search for an open shop, and Glenn (had no clue who he was at the time) walks up to my car and asks if I was going to the pool store, and I said I was trying but they are closed. He said your in luck, come on in. He opened his store for me, had exactly what I needed, at an awesome price, and I was out within minutes. This type of service is unheard of today. This place is like 15 minutes out of my way, but this is the only place I will ever go to now. Thanks Glenn!!!

Glen has the parts! Small pretty unknown Pool store. With Everything! Very personable Staff courtesy and «Sorry Viscount» YOU HAVE COMPETITION!!! VISCOUNT VERY RUDE!!! shores pool. Brings there customers back! Been a customer for years! Lower prices on better chemicals! Not sitting on shelves forever! Price matches also! Returns with no problems! Yet Never had one ! AAA PLUS SERVICE! Accidentally Rated the wrong Pool store before!!! Sorry Shores Pool!

When you walk in it’s like old school mom & pop customer service. They test pool water for free and make sure you know exactly what to do to keep your pool crystal clear. They don’t con you into buying chemicals you don’t need. Their prices are low. If you have a pool this place is a must!
