Passport Pizza and Ribs

Consistently good pizza. I get the square and a couple toppings. It’s a decent price and good quality. Saw the previous review about being greasy and what a fool. I don’t order pizza when looking to be healthy or doing a cleanse. It’s delicious to me.

There needs to be more of a upscale pizza place. Pizza was extra greasy. No thank you.

We ordered pizza from here about a year ago. It wasn’t very good and the delivery took more than an hour even though we only live 1 mile away. Tonight we decided to give it another try. We ordered chicken, ribs, potatoes and dessert. After placing the order, they called back 10 minutes later and said there was something wrong with our credit card and they needed to run it again. They ran it again, it magically worked this time and said we would have our food in 25 minutes. Almost 40 minutes later the food still wasn’t here. My husband called to see what the problem was and they offered to give us a $ 5 credit for the long wait. The food was delivered a few minutes later. The food was barely warm and they forgot the desserts. I called back and spoke with the manager. She was rude and kept interrupting when I was trying to explain the situation. She told me nobody gets food in 25 minutes and the normal wait time is 45– 55 minutes. After NOT apologizing for the inconvenience, she offered me a $ 5 credit for next time and said my desserts would be there shortly. 20 minutes later we had the rest of our food. The meal was mediocre at best. The ribs were dry, the chicken was decent but nothing to write home about and the potatoes were lacking flavor. Needless to say the $ 5 credit won’t be used. We will not be eating there again.
