Received a estimate to paint a basement and drop ceiling grid, as well as replace the ceiling tiles. See attached pictures. I also was unable to find any Brosnan Builders LLC licensed with the State of Michigan. Lesson learned. Always check to ensure any contractor is licensed and get references. Invoice for the work was $ 2750. He agreed to accept $ 2450. Now I get to pay another company to fix the mistakes.

I needed to find a contractor to do some remodeling in our home that we recently purchased. After asking around I was referred to Brosnan building company. Jim came over and was very friendly and insightful about what they would be able to do to make our house fit our tastes. After initially just hiring them to do just some painting, plaster, and trim work we pleased with the results and asked about finishing our basement. Their prices were surprising very reasonable! Jim and his staff did BEAUTIFUL work! They installed drywall, trim, ceiling tiles, new lights, paint, and a pergo floor. The staff made sure to clean up at the end of everyday and even hauled away any unwanted materials. I recommend this company for remodeling work and will use them again in the future.
