I took my daughter for counseling services at ACS. The therapist we got was Lisa Hess. We went to her for about 6 months and she seemed okay at first. But then she canceled a couple appointments on us with no notice and that was a problem but we lived with it. Then we canceled an appointment on her with a half day notice and suddenly it was all about the money with her. It was like the Seinfeld episode. All she wanted was her $ 35 cancellation fee. Anyhow, the therapist Lisa Hess was unable to compromise with us (that’s rock sold technique) in regard to the $ 35 cancellation fee and we parted ways. Looking back on the situation it did teach myself and my daughter a valuable lesson. The lesson is be really careful about people who you think care about you and your family, because in Lisa Hess’s case all she cares about is the money and she really did not give a crap about my daughter or our family. What school do they teach that in?
