Not Victory anymore… Cosmoprof. Different name, same concept. This is a beauty supply store for salon professionals only. Being that I am not technically a salon professional, I am only allowed to accompany one of my many salon professional friends/​my bf. Just another reason I love him!
My favorite item to buy in ridiculous quantity is OPI nail polish. At $ 4.50 a pop, it is a steal compared to Ulta or other retailers. I also get all of my hair and nail products here. They offer a huge variety of styling tools as well and other brands I love such as Hempz lotion.
The customer service is great. They are always helpful and personable and even let me pre-​order items so I always have the latest OPI on my digis.
