Always very nice, however, I’ve given this place the benefit by going here several times. Including seeing each person a minimum of 3 times. They all are horrible at nails. I can say the older lady Laura does a great job at waxing but that’s about it.
They can’t paint your entire nail! I don’t understand. They ALL do this. Old polish has never fully been removed and after repeated attempts to point this out my response was «old polish under nail. Can’t remove» this is not true. I almost thought maybe they couldn’t see that we’ll but the waxing they do is great. I’ve also gotten facial that have been nice but the nail parts just awful. Zero stars for nails. The family that owns this place are always nice but they need to up their game when it comes to painting nails. Trying to post a phot to show example.

This is the place I go to after having gone to a different place right down the street for years. The people here are extremely nice and accomodating. They are always grateful with a tip and never make you feel as if the tip wasn’t big enough which was always the case with that «other place» unfortunately. They always make you feel welcome and treat you like a person and not just a source of revenue. They are great at what they do and I am always pleased with the work!:))

They told me the wait was only 10 minutes and it was way more like 25. That said, once I sat down the guy was great and they did a terrific job. I will go back and give them another shot on their timing.

I have been going here for years and always have excellent service! They bend over backwards to make each customer happy.

Horrible work done. Nails started lifting with in days! Polish started chipping too. Worst nail place ever!
