Terrible management. Met with them in August as a back up for our provider, we were told there would NEVER be an issue getting our children in. We have tried on short notice in October and now I tried for a month from now to be told they can’t take my children then either. Why promise your services, have us fill out paperwork, and accept it without ever clarifying that their situation has changed. All of our end was ready before Sept. And we’ve never been able to use them as a back-​up. Should I ever need a full time provider, I won’t even give them a look!
