My insurance company recommended this company when my business had a fire. It is sad to say that the fire was not the only disaster. The company was quick to reply and get us set up to clean and eradicate the mess. We were initially very impressed with the speed of which they arrived and started to work. The good news ends there. Although we asked several times for a break down of the charges, we did not receive them until 5 days into the process. The project manager was not easily accessible (even though he claimed to be available ²⁴⁄₇.) As soon as we reviewed the charges thus far, we fired the company. It boggles my mind how this company can justify the prices they charge for cleanup. The materials they use are marked up 1000% and they use temporary employees to do the work. People who are not only not qualified but work at a snail’s pace because they are paid so little. I am disgusted and will be following up with my insurance company to complain about the referral.
