I would not recommend this compant to my worst enemy. First off, as a woman, i was EXTREMELY offended by the sexist comments i over heard the owner, tom, making. It would violate the Unilocal rules to post it here. Second, their technician (daniel) has no idea what hes doing. He changed several parts on my unit before figuring out another part just needed to be cleaned. I had a coupon to use and i over heard a conversation with tom on the phone (same one with the sexist comments) wher he said to add charges on to my bill to make up for the coupon! This company is a joke. I would equate it to a couple of drunk frat boys getting bored and starting a company for fun. If you want to get over charged and scammed, call them. Oh, and they had an extremely hard time finding my file because instead of filing clients by last name, they do it by first… again, amateurs.
