Marberry Cleaners and Launderers

I have had a horrible experience with this company’s home delivery section. First, when I called and set up my account, I was told that a driver would be at my house on the Friday after my call. I was told to leave my clothes in a bag in my front porch. The Friday came, and when I got home the bag was still there. I needed some items to be returned on the following Tuesday for a trip out of town. I called to complain, and was told «sorry» and that someone would be over on Tuesday to collect my clothes. This didn’t help me any because I needed them clean by Tuesday.
Secondly, several weeks later this very same occurrence happened again. I called to complain again and was told «sorry». No offer for any discounts, or any additional compensation. I have never been the one who complains so I let it go. Then last week I placed a bag on my porch, and was expecting several items back. When I returned home, I observed my dry cleaning hanging on the front of my house on my flag pole! The wind was strong and a very strong storm was approaching my house. Thankfully I arrived just in time to get it in my house. I have requested that my clothes alway be placed on my door not my flag pole for the whole world to see my dry cleaning. If I had not returned home, I would have lost items in the wind/​storm. Then I noticed the bag of dirty cleaning was still on my front step after the storm! Soaked! The driver was lazy and never even walked up to my front door! I called to complain the last and final time. I was told… you guessed it…“sorry”. No discount, nothing! I will never use this company again, and will tell all my friends and family to stay away!

I was pleased with the service until I noticed that one of the shirts I took in came back with a melted plastic spot where they had stuck the tag through. I’ve tried what I can to get the plastic out, to no avail. Seems like this is a common problem with dry cleaners… oh well.

Use them on a weekly basis. Rates, service and quality of work at top notch. Also have residential pick up & delivery.

My rating may change (up or down) after I get my clothes back but from a customer service standpoint they were excellent. Very helpful. Very friendly. Very eager to gain my business. Refreshing.
