Chris kohlhagen is an excellent realtor! My husband, two daughters and I flew into town from Texas and she spent two days with us house hunting. It was obvious she had prepared extremely well for our short visit. We saw one house after another for a total of 15 homes in those two days, all of this with our two young daughters (3 yrs and 1 ½)! She knew our criteria and put together a well planned out house hunt. We appreciated her guidance when we decided to make an offer on one of the homes and the speed with which she prepared and submitted the documents! We got the house, but even if that one hadn’t worked out it wouldn’t have been from any failure on her part. As a mom house hunting with my kids, I also greatly appreciated her kindness and help with the girls! She always returned calls and emails in a respectable time and was a pleasure to work with!

Ahh…a little more. My wife and I decided to sell our house in October. We met with Chris at the end of October. Through her suggestions and how we wanted to go with the sale, she recommended some fixes around the house, some painting, etc and to work with a stager (fairly large house 4800 sq ft). The house went up on the market two days before Christmas and we closed towards the end of February, around two months from start to finish. Chris was great working with the other agents in getting their recommendations, looking at the price/​value comparisons in the neighborhood and pricing our house in the right area. She had recommendations on plumbers, electricians, painters, cleaners, and movers etc if needed.
She did a great job for us and I’m sure she’ll do a great job for you.
