Imo’s Pizza

I submitted a mobile order before heading in to work. The order arrived ahead of schedule at my place of business by a perfectly polite delivery man, which is fine. What was not fine was that there was a long hair meticulously draped across the top of my salad. I understand some people may dislike my job (I am not one of them), but no one should have their food messed with. I would have been more convinced it was an accident if it wasn’t glorified on the top of my cheese like the most desired topping. Accident or not, I won’t be ordering again…

The most ignorant service I have ever experienced from the manager at this location. After waiting 1 hour and 20 min for 16 chicken wings to be delivered I called to check on my order. I was told to call back again in 5 minutes, and if it hasn’t arrived I’d be transferred to a manager and given a refund. I waited 8 minutes, food hasn’t arrived, so called back and was told repeatedly by manger that driver was pulling up and not offered a refund. Manager acted like it was no big deal because they were busy. I waited another 15 minutes and called back again to cancel my order and be refunded, and was very rudely told that my order was refunded and could have the food for free «if» it shows up and was then hung up on. This is unacceptable customer service in any business regardless of how busy you are. Imos has always been one of my favorite places for pizza and wings and have always had great service from other locations. I now see why this location only has 2.5 stars.

I love thin crust. There pizza hurts the HELL out of my stomach. Stefaninas is better!

Order a pizza to feed my family, with detailed instructions with the expectations that the order would be right. The food comes cold and wrong! Called the store back and the manger has an attitude and hangs up TWICE. What happen to customer service?? And says that we are harassing him. Then states that we are not able to order there anymore. Why would I want to eat there? Clearly they don’t know how to make food the right way!

Horrible customer service. The tend to stop answering the phone 30 to 40 minutes before close! I tried to order a pizza thirty minutes before they closed some girl answered the phone and said we’re not taking anymore orders.

If you like crackers with Burned Cheese and tomato paste this is the place for you. Not for me!

New to St Louis… told we HAD to have Imo’s. No one warned about the uniqueness of provel cheese. We aren’t fans at all. The sauce tastes canned and lacks depth. We won’t go here again.

Ok, I get it. Fast, fresh and tasty. The combo was very tasty and I love thin crust pizza which is what they serve. Toasted ravioli was good too. Little pricey for what you get but when in Rome…

This place is AWESOME! I orders a salad and it was one of the best I received from delivery.
Delivery time was 10 mins ahead of time, and the driver was courteous.
Try this place, period! AND THANK ME LATER!

Prices are double what other Imo’s charge. 16 wings are $ 15 dollars. Other locations give you 20 wings for $ 11. Glad we live near a better imos than this rip-​off

When in St. Louis (well, we have those in Springfield too but somehow I never made it to one there)…
Spontaneously decided to try out the STL specialty and was not disappointed.
We got the deluxe and it was delicious.
The one star was deducted not for the food quality but for the dirty tables and the general staff attitude of «don’t bother me».
Other than that, it was pretty stellar.

If you’ve never been to St. Louis… you gotta come here!
Now, I’m not a big fan of that crunchy, thin crust, square cut pizza. I want my pizza to have some meat on its bones! I want the crust to be perfect– not thin, not deep dish.
But this place… BLOWS MY MIND!!! The most amazing thin crust pizza ever! You can get a large (maybe 20″?) for around $ 5. And its better than I ever expected! I dont know what they do but man, they do it right!
I love that they cut it in square pieces… i usually dont like it… but it works here.
Small inside seating area… but you’ll finish your 20″ pizza so fast, you’ll think it was stolen!
That good… seriously… Seriously… Eat Imo’s!!!
For those out of towners– its pronounced EE –MO’s. :)

Whoa. .. .…
I had NO idea a thin-​crust pepperoni pizza could taste so good. .. so right. .. so sinful…
I mean. .. . I actually walked out of this place feeling guilty. Someone, somewhere around this big Earth, somebody was getting messed over while I was having the time of my life eating Imo’s.
We have one of these about 10 minutes from my crib here in KS but I always wanted to try one that was in the Lou (or in this case, in the STL metro area). We first had the toasted ravioli. As i’m usually not impressed with such fare, I do understand the Lou is proud of this stuff and since we did not have it on our last visit I wanted to get it over with. As expected, it was good tasting, but not anything I would ever crave.
The pizza however. .. . it’s such a perfect device for destroying insulin levels. And because it’s thin-​crust, it really disappears quickly. My wife and I had the 14′ basic pepperoni. I was AMAZED at how delicious it was. The crust was perfect. Not too crispy, not too soggy. The sauce had this ever so sweet flavor to it. And the cheese.. .. .. ohhh the cheese. .. .. . I’m not even going to go there. The absolute right amount for the amount of dough it sat on. We decimated the pie in about 9 minutes.
Five stars for being incredible. And if the one in Overland Park is anything near as good as this, it is sure to be the new «black» when it comes to our home delivery orders.

This is going to be short but sweet.
I have no idea what the creamy stuff is on the pizza — and frankly I do not want to know. In this situation ignorance is bliss. I only know that I want more and more of it and won’t stop until I am dead.
Holy crap it is good. Seriously.
