Express Granite

Express granite was very helpful and easy to work with. They did not try to push any decisions and offered helpful suggestions which guided me to the perfect slab to fit my needs. As far as the install went, they worked with me on timing because my work schedule is hectic. They also cleaned up after themselves really well. It was like they weren’t even in my house, except for the great looking granite they left behind on my cabinets.

We had a great experience with the Express Granite team! We have a very large bar area that required 2 – 3 slabs of granite so we shopped a lot of places first. Gary came out the very next day to measure and made a couple of design suggestions we liked. They ordered slabs of the 2 colors we liked best so we could look at the actual slab before it was cut. I’m glad they suggested this as we picked our second choice. Installers were professional and cleaned up after the job. The only negative was the wait to cut as they were busy when we placed our order. I have recommended them to friends and would definitely use again.

We had a great experience with Express Granite. We used them because of a friend’s referral and we will definitely use them again. Greg helped us select white carrera marble for our bathrooms and was very helpful with our questions. Workers who came to template and install were very knowledgable, on time, and did a great job. Great service, we definitely recommend using them!

Stopped to get an estimate and was told by the owner they preferred to measure and give you a complete price. Came out quickly and gave me a price that was about $ 400 higher than another bid I had but thought it was nice to have it all done. I went back to the shop to sign the contract and pick out the slap
Templater came to the house and measured more carefully for the template. Showed me where the single seam would be. I had to sign off on the template.
They got a quick install date before I was to have weekend company. Installers arrived 2 hours late. The slab had been cut with 2 seams instead of the agreed 1. Backsplash didn’t fit and they did not have the equipment to adjust on site. It was not installed for 4 days. Then they told me they were ready to leave and the plumbing had not been reconnected. They then told me they didn’t do plumbing and it was in the contract. It was NOT in the contract. I got someone to go it at the last minute but it was a real hassle. I don’t get upset about much but I had 14 people coming for the weekend an they left me without water, disposal and backsplash. And the slab was not cut as I was told. The owner and his son were very rude and condescending and I would recommend you avoid this vendor. There are other businesses that know how to work with a customer and it’s not these guys. I did get $ 200 back to compensate me for the plumbing but it doesn’t compensated for the stress and tears. AVOID!!!
