Don’t go here!
I brought in very expensive Cole Haan shoes. Asked for inserts. 3 weeks later went to pick up and NO INSERTS. So, he had them 4 more weeks. Just went to pick up and THEY ARE LOST. Gave me $ 30 bucks back and told me he would look for them when he had time.
So I started asking around and found others have had similar issues.

Love these guys. They have fixed countless pairs of shoes and made them look like new. I have had a few alterations as well that came back perfect. And what I really appreciate is that they are honest when something may not be worth fixing — when they could have easily just have taken my money instead.

I went in to get a couple shirts tailored. 3 people working, but none can say hello or even look up. Finally after standing for a few moments, I was acknowledged but not helped. This place is not keen on professionalism or customer service.
I turned and walked out, and they didn’t speak a word. That told me exactly how much they cared. Take your business elsewhere if possible, you’ll be happier for it.
