… I was just in the Circle K and I dealt with Joseph the tenant on duty and I pointed out to him that there were multiple beef jerkys that were mildewy and gross I said hey man can you give me a discount on a few of the good beef jerkys since I showed you that you shouldn’t sell the disgusting rotten beef jerkys to other customers. since I was the one who found them… he said no with no explanation or customer service skill apparent /!/…so I asked him to ring me up JUST the pack of smokes I had requested… BUT… he STILL attempted to ring me up for the jerky I would have bought if I had been given a «thanks for letting me know» discount… so he deleted that charge… THEN,. on top of THAT he attempted to give me the wrong change and had to correct himself… cause he saw me counting the change as well… I still can’t believe that I TOLD a business…(a customer service orientated business at that…) about something that some other customer could have caused havoc or even sued them for if they has actually SOLD the rotten jerky go… and I couldn’t even get a thanks or discount on a $ 1.89 piece of jerky… CIRCLE K, hire professionals please, or at least keep a manager on duty so people like Joseph can have customers to refer to the manager and NOT Joseph…#saveurbrandNOW
