Nothing special. The McDonald’s of BBQ. There are few too many mom and pop BBQ places around not to settle with bandanas.

Bandana’s is very close to our home. While we eat in the restaurant from time to time, we more often get carry-out.
The barbecue is excellent, and I get the turkey almost all the time. They have many sauces, and when you get carry-out they give you plenty of each — or whichever ones you ask for. The garlic bread is excellent and very large. I like to get the baked beans as a side, and the french fries. They are steak fries, which get cold pretty fast, but are still good.
The prices are not bad, and the service is pretty good. All in all, a nice experience.

Good BBQ, Good Variety. I used to big a big fan. I do think Bandanas is deserving a little higher grade. My objections are, there are better Q places nearby, and I find B’s to be a bit inconsistent. Service is mostly good.

Stopped for an early dinner at Bandana’s on my way back east. This looked like a clean, sterile looking restaurant, and I was seated and served promptly. Plus, the location right off of the interstate is a plus for the weary traveler. On their menu, there’s a number of different types of BBQ meats to order, such as pulled pork or ribs. Since I was near St. Louis, it was only appropriate that I order the rib platter. The ribs were tasty and it was a satisfying meal.

This place has boiled peanuts! I haven’t ever seen these anywhere but in Florida, and I love these things! The food was all around great. The seven sauces of BBQ were all very flavorful, the variety of BBQ’d meats was great, and I would love to go to this place a lot more often if I could.
Stop by it if it’s not too far out of the way because you will not be disappointed.

Being from out of town all my husband wanted was some good ‘ol BBQ… and we got it! We got the food served family style (ordered two 3’s … had the 2 orders of ribs, beef brisket, sausage (my fav), chicken, corn on the cob, beans, green beans, garlic bread, fried okra, and mac and cheese… we clean the plates :)
For dessert we had the donut holes (kinda like funnel cake), and brownie w/ice cream :) Yummy!

Went to St. Louis for a hockey tournament. and this place was recommended by a few different people. we went to try it out. it was really good.
I had the plate with Beef and chicken. They have 4 different bbq sauces on the table you can use. their original is the best.
make sure to get their corn on the cobb. i think the guy said they deep fry the corn. it was really good
if your in st charles try it out.
