One of the *best* Internet order experiences I’ve had.
I needed to replace a damaged Kawasaki Jet Ski front bumper for a 95 SXi. I found the part at an OK price at another on-​line retailer, but after placing the on-​line order was told the part was only available in black, not the color I ordered on-​line.
They checked their computer and said the part may be available from St Boni, so I looked them up on-​line and placed the order at a lower price than the first company. The order was confirmed and shipped the next day. Jason from St Boni emailed to confirm I wanted a violet bumper before it shipped.
Must have received a half a dozen emails updating me on the status of the order including shipping tracking number. When I got the part the receipt in the box had a handwritten «Thank you» on it – wow, that was a first.
Ironically I got a call from the first company I placed the order with saying they had the part, but I had already asked for a refund from them and placed the order with St Boni.
Highly recommend based on my experience.
