Walking around, I notice the sign for free tasting. So wine not?! ;)
It’s not just for wine either. She gives a free slushie tasting, as well, which uses the fruit wines. I got to try the mango, watermelon, banana, and hurricane, which is a 5 fruit mix. All were so fruity and true to taste that I couldn’t believe it was wine. Yummy!

Having lived near Napa and Sonoma the last couple of years I have had an increased appreciation for wines. Vino del grotto was near our hotel (Casa Monica). Location was convenient to major landmarks and the staff were friendly. It was $ 5 for 5 tastings of florida wines which I enjoyed. I don’t usually have Florida wine so it was something new for me. Wine was VERY reasonably priced. I would go back if I were in town.

If you are into trying new wines, this place is a must! Small shop, with very friendly staff. All wines are made from fruits found in Florida! Everything from blueberry, to mango, to banana, and much more. They also have mead made from Florida honey!
