The new management is amazing. They are kind, friendly, and efficient. I went for a pedicure and a full set with gel polish. I personally liked that they took their time to do an excellent job. The environment is clean and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend Vina Nail Salon.

Terrible experience this past weekend… Got a pedicure and gel polish (not even a manicure) I was charged $ 50 for a terrible job done. The male technician left polish on my cuticles and the gel application looks terrible. I will never go back to this place! STAY AWAY!!!

First of all, the map for this business is incorrect. They’re 3 doors down from Starbucks at the Palencia entrance.
Second, I went in for the first time today. Treated myself to a fantastic mani-pedi. The gentleman who performed my services was kind, professional, and skilled. He did exemplary work. Very good prices for services too. I’ll definitely be going back!

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my sister and I there to get a mani pedi and it was a TERRIBLE experience. The male technician was very rough and it was the most uncomfortable pedicure I have ever experienced. My 10 year old sister could have painted my nails better than him. He left polish on the skin and cuticles, and it took hours to dry even after 10 minutes under the dryer. Now, it’s 2 days later and both mine and my sisters polish is chipping in multiple spots. I will never go to this place again.

Bad experience all the way around! Bad product, made my fingers itch terribly from the acrylic, the nail tech continued to burn me and acted like it was my fault. Paid too much for a crap job for a fill and pedi.

OMG! Went in their the other day and the male tech was hidden in the back room SLEEPING! Asked the girl what was wrong and she said he was hungover! He eventually came out and his hair was all sticking up and he smelled horrible! On top of it a child of one of the workers was riding her bike all around the shop and picking her nose-it was a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience-never ever again!
