Do not use this vendor. I ordered a Murphy bed and paid for it before getting a delivery date. When they would not give me a delivery date I cancelled the order. That was over two months ago and I still have not received the refund. I have opened a credit card dispute and today reported them to the attorney generals office. Their web site is now down and you can no longer leave messages. What a horrible thing to do to people.

I ordered a bed in June, 2015 and it is now October. I paid in full with a credit card. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and I’ve never received any information on delivery dates. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.

Do NOT order anything from them. We waited 9 months, then received a product that had nail holes predrilled in the wrong places and it simply does not fit together properly. Additionally, despite repeated calls, we were misled as to delivery times. The voicemail box is full. They do not reply to emails. And now the direct phone line has been discontinued. Something is very wrong. This was not an inexpensive purchase and we are very disappointed and unsure of how to proceed with our damaged bed and no response from the company.

I placed my order in jan 2015 and like an idiot I sent them a check as they requested this over a credit card. Now I know why.
I fought for months to get my bed. Most of my calls were ignored, then I was lied to multiple times about ship dates.
My unit finally showed in July. That’s 6 mos. it also showed up severely damaged so I refused the shipment. I am still fighting to get my money back. I now have complaints open with the BBB, the FTC, and AZ attorney generals office. I will update this review if I ever see my $ 2000 refund. The owner of this company should be ashamed of himself. I’m a single mother dealing with a very sick child. This is the last thing I need to be dealing with on top of everything else.

Found this business online and had a kit shipped to California. It was easy to install, functions well and helped our small guest room work as an exercise space when we are guest free. Love the Murphy bed concept ever since living in an old small apartment and am glad to have this good one in my home.

Great sturdy bed! Good value for the price. But, the instructions were not very clear at all, which was frustrating. We struggled putting it together. Once we did though, we loved it!

Great custumer service! Had to wait a bit for my bed but they told me that so it was expected. All around it was an awesome purchase and the design gives us alot of room for our kids to play!
