Doesn’t even deserve one star but that’s the lowest rating I can give. Was charged $ 15 to have my dress «expressed cleaned.» I was never informed about the price, and my dress was never cleaned. I didn’t have a problem paying that price, but my dress wasn’t cleaned and the owner was extremely rude.

I live in both St. Augustine and Fairfax, VA and this was just way too expensive. I would come again only if I really needed to otherwise id save your money. I forgot the prices but I remember bringing in 3 – 4 shirts and paying like15−20 bucks. Find another shop unless convenience is worth more to you. They do a good job just not sure if its worth the money

Cleaners lost my clothing and lied to me about it. The husband and wife owners were very rude and uncaring. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will not risk taking another item there.

I would not risk taking your items here. I took clothes here and received someone else’s pants. When I brought the wrong items in asking for my own items they told me I never brought pants in. It took over a month of weekly visits to receive a 50% refund. Their customer service is terrible.

This family owned business always impresses with their attention to detail, friendly service and great hours. She even restitched my great dane’s leash that he chewed through (?!*$#?!). Convenient location, right between Publix and awesome Sushi Bistro! Check them out:)
