McDonald’s

Dont waste your time. I know its a McDonalds but it doesnt take 15min for a #2 breakfast meal. And then only to get home and i got a number 1 and the hash brown is rock solid. Never again.

This is quite possibly the worst McDonalds location anywhere. Cold food, spoiled food, horrible service and lack of any semblance of giving a sh*t. If McDonalds is hoping to avoid bankruptcy, start by closing this location.

They always screw up my order. Place is dirty and the people working are rude. Save you’re money

This is the worst McDs I’ve EVER been too. It’s bad enough to be strapped for cash and time and have to settle for fast food as a meal, but I’d rather STARVE than ever go to this McDs again. The employees can’t pay attention long enough to get an order right, even when you clarify 3 times that you want the #8, the CRISPY chicken sandwich, they still give you grilled chicken. It’s not a language barrier. It’s an intelligence barrier. They clearly just don’t give a shit. The fries lack salt, the sodas are warm, and the sandwiches are cold. I’m all for Fast Food workers getting a pay raise, maybe then they’ll attract COMPETENT employees. If you’re considering stopping here, do yourself a favor and punch yourself in the face instead.

It’s good when you get your food hot from a fast food establishment. However, it’s bad when they mix two different flavors of shakes together. However, this location did have good service. This location’s restrooms are sub-​par at best. The outdoor seating is there. Nothing special at all.

Yes, I was desperate to get something in my body ASAP! I ordered from the dollar menu where I knew I could get a small salad and something sweet for less than 1000 calories… Yikes — I hate fast food, but when in need go for it. I ordered a salad, and a yogurt and nothing else.
I had to give the girl, that spoke broken English at best, a list of salad dressings since they were out of my first, second and third choices during lunch hour rush. Seems like there’s a manager that many not know how to order for the summer months in St. Augustine???
I got my salad, went to the beach and opened it up. The lettuce was brown and limp (I ordered the salad at 1:30 pm – when salads should be crisp and fresh). What was more distressing is after I picked all the bad stuff out, and got the bottom of the salad bowl and there was a kernel of corn on the bottom. YIKES again. This made me sick. I knew then that there was NO CARE, standard or work cleanliness for this McDonalds. Won’t be going back there anytime soon.
P. S. NO NAPKINS given either, as if you need to ask nowadays…:(Poor quality and service all the way around. Great location, but if you get sick who cares about the location?

Just stopped in to get an iced tea. After I bought my drink they were all out of iced tea. Ended up paying for just water.
Also, was extremely warm inside. It’s 80 degrees outside and felt like it was over 90 degrees inside.

I can’t honestly rate the food here because I don’t eat it. What I gave five stars was the COFFEE and the WOMAN that serve it fresh!!! Thank you for consistently delivering hands down the best coffee in St Augustine:)

Fast Food. Service is ehhhhh… I have had better at McDonald’s… Needs improvement. Food is Average/​below for McDonald’s now days. More care and experience needed here. Great location.

The entry is awkward if more than one person is there waiting to order. We walked up to place our order and cashier at. the register was way rude. They were out of. what I wanted and when I was trying to look at the menu to re-​think my order she kept sighing and them suggesting other things abruptly. I was obviously annoying her. because I was trying to figure it out what to order. She then began to spout out other options. She then said so «nicely» (sarcastic) said. well like i said we are out of. that and there is absolutely nothing I can do about that all with a not to pleasant attitude. I get they were out of what I wanted and i don’t blame that cashier for that but, the attitude behind it was less than customer friendly. I get that McDonald’s is a huge fast food chain but, every company starts somewhere and every unit that chain represents the brand. Customer’s are the reason they are there in the first place. I think corporate needs to take a serious look at the «taking business for granted» attitude in their stores. If there were less than one star fo this location that would be my rating,

The lady cleaning the tables and trays also was killing flies with the same towel. This McDonald’s has a fly infestation because they leave their trash just outside the door their customers enter.
