I’m glad I called this company. They allowed me to set up a same-​day appointment, and the repairman (Roy I think) came by quickly. After an inspection, everything was explained in detail and I was quoted a fair price up front. We went ahead with the repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the job he did.
Some things of note:
* I barely had to wait at all (less than 3 hours from the time I called to set up an appointment).
* Price was fair based on the time it took and amount of refrigerant I needed.
* Everything was explained well and I had all of my questions answered.
* They’re BBB accredited but a relatively new business so not many reviews out there. Last Summer I went with a «bigger» company with good reviews and got ripped off.
Next time I need AC repairs I’ll definitely be calling them again.
