Attentive staff, clean no carpet floor in our second floor king size bedroom. Fridge, microwave worked fine. Great location! The breakfast was good. Priced better than right for the location. Definitely staying here again. A+

This is a very decent place for price. Clean rooms and nice staff. I don’t like to review hotel/​motels if I only stay one night however I feel as though I have a strong grasp of the lay of the land.
The staff. Checkin, Housekeeping and maintenance man were all very friendly and personable.
The room exceeded expectations with look and over all feel. Beds were decent enough but pillows were harder than I like. I also wish the TV was HD with compatible channels. Very basic options. You never notice how good your TV and channels are until you see the non-​HD.
Overall I will definitely stay here again if need be. Perfect place to stay if you are local and in a jam or just passing through.

Stayed here for 3 days last September, as I had never been to St Augustine and while doing some traveling, decided to stay here at the last minute.
Called ahead about 3 hours before we got there and the lady on the phone was very nice.
Even though we got there about 90 minutes early, they let us check in right away and were very nice.
The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The queen sized bed is very comfortable and there is a fridge and microwave. The TV is a little small but then again, you do not go on vacation to watch TV, so that was no big deal.
The swimming pool is nice and private and clean. The breakfast bar is small but for those who do not eat much in the morning or just like cereal, it is good enough. For those with a bigger appetite, there are plenty of good restaurants close by.
Everything you need is within walking distance. The beech is just a short walk across the street and there is a great restaurant next door.
Downtown St Augustine is just a 15 minute drive down the road and there is lots to see and do there.
All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and for the price, you just can not beat it and I look forward to staying here again.

If i had to base my review on my first night here the other day, I’d give it 4 + stars. On the road with family, and booked ahead of time from Trip Advisor reviews, which were pretty good. We showed up after 10pm, and had no problems. Two rooms, off to bed. Breakfast in am was decent, all went well.
For the money, all is wonderful about this place, great bang for the buck! Except for one very unpleasant Eastern European desk clerk who should NOT be dealing with the public.
We headed back up North from southwest FLA, and decided to book back in (last night) as we had had such a positive experience a few days ago.
It was midnight, and this time we had booked online, but chose the «pay later» option as it’s the only one we saw. When we got there, the above mentioned clerk had already charged the rooms to my husband’s card. We explained the pay later option, and she very rudely told us that after 9pm you cannot book that way. I was waiting for a check to clear, which actually had, but had planned to pay the next morning, in case. Finally, she grudgingly removed the booking, but again was just awful. My husband rather mindlessly picked a cookie from a plate nearby, assuming it was left there for guests. Miss RUDE very nastily said, «That’s for BREAKFAST!».
Just a very bad experience with that particular «lady» and we were so tired after driving 7 hours, it was a bad way to end the day. People like this grouch shouldn’t be in customer service jobs. Ugh.

Excellent. Great price for St. Augustine Beach. I am a female solo traveler and I felt very safe and comfortable. No problems at all. They had everything I needed. I recommend this place to anyone wanting an affordable beach vacation. Walking distance to a great shopping center with grocery store and Walgreens.

I really like the location of this hotel because it is walking distance to great restaurants, the beach, grocery store and beach shops. I barely use my car once I get there.
The staff is wonderful, good price for the location, and the rooms are clean. They offer a delicious breakfast to start me out for my day! Looking forward to my next stay!

$ 52 value member rate per night good for st Augustine and location
Service was very good st front desk all hours of the day
Breakfast is typical cereals only
We will be back allows us to visit st Augustine and not break the bank
