Poorly made units infested with rats! The storage units here are terrible!
I recently rented a storage unit here for several months, and when I started moving things in I noticed the unit was terribly constructed. The unit contained no light, but a flashlight revealed that there was what looked like a sealed up door in the back wall of the unit, and there was some kind of tall metal post set into the floor near the back. After a bit of thought I realized the post looked like the sort that would be in a parking lot to help prevent cars from pulling too far up.
I shrugged that off and moved my things inside. As I was doing so, I noticed the walls didn’t meet the ceiling. It would be a little tight, but a thin person could climb over the walls between units to access other people’s units. That didn’t seem very secure, but I again shrugged it off.
I left my things there for a few months before retrieving them, but when I opened the unit again and started moving things out, I realized many of the boxes had been chewed, stuffing had been pulled out through a hole chewed in a pillow, and there was rat poop littered over literally everything! Completely disgusting!
I would never rent a unit from this company again, and I suggest that you don’t either!
