Horrible customer service, very very rude lady. I walked in and ask for a beef patty and she said that they don’t gave anymore. On my way put she then says if you want it frozen you can have it. So rude. Just say there isn’t anymore and leave it at that. She had to be extra rude.

This is the best beef patty I’ve ever had! They make them daily on premises along with HOMEMADE coco bread! Until you’ve had hot, fresh from the oven coco bread, you don’t know better. I’m from Queens and I’ve been going here since I was in high school when my at the time girlfriend’s mother owned a beauty saloon across the street. It’s a small shop that also carries other Jamaican baked goods. My mother gets all of her birthday cakes from here as well. But my must haves are the spicy beef patty and coco bread and a banana bread. It brings back memories of my youth every time I take a bite. If you come on an occasion when the coco bread isn’t ready yet, please wait for it! It’s so worth it. It’s good to see that some businesses haven’t closed and are still serving the community with a consistent quality that isn’t seen these days.

Very small local Caribbean place. The staff doesn’t have a great attitude and the lines are LONG! When you call the information you are given is never the same when you go in to the store. The staff don’t coordinate with each other and get on the same page. The baked goods look pretty and are really good, the red velvet tastes very rich. They have good beef patties and ok bread. The parking situation is tough because it is in such a busy location. The crowd that Goes to this store is also mixed. Some people are really nice and others are rude and have bad attitudes which makes the visit very unpleasant. The staff is very dismissive and doesn’t really care about what YOU need or want but rather just wants to get you in and out of the store.

Beef patties and coco bread are delicious but the other baked goods… Not so much. I had some guava tarts. They gave both me and my aunt food poisoning. I will pass on their good just for that.

Patmar has the best bake goods. The red velvet and fruit cake are to die for. Check them out.

Patmar literally has the best fresh bread in queens, their patty and coco bread are really good as well, but I literally only go there for the bread!

These are the best patties in New York City period. If you are in Queens(in the Saint Albans, Cambria Heights area), you must visit this bakery! I prefer the veggie and chicken patties, but they are all good. The patties are always fresh. The service is fair — the servers should be a little bit more warm when greeting customers(smiles and friendly demeanor). Keep up the good work!

Love their coco bread, it’s not too thick like other shops like to make them where you can’t even taste the patty, hard dough bread, chicken patties, spicy beef patties & their cakes! Anything else not mentioned I haven’t tried or they don’t serve!
