I have engaged a number of property managers and realtors around the country over the last 20 years. Ralph Schnelle and his staff at Southwestern Realty are, by far, the best we have had the pleasure to work with. They have in-​depth knowledge of the market in this area and are able to quickly identify properties and price points that are competitive. In addition, there is no detail too small or issue too large that they have not been able to help us through or rapidly resolve. Ralph also has comprehensive knowledge of home construction and acted in the role of advisor for the construction of our new house in Sahuarita and its subsequent kitchen remodel. He and his staff monitored the entire process for both jobs and advised on matters that I either did not know or identified significant issues that I would have had to live with later. Now that we have settled in our home after renting it for a year, Ralph continues to act as a resource to us for professionals within the local community and still supports the needs of our home while we are on travel. We recently had a tree blow over in our front yard while we were away for work, and within 2 hours, Ralph had a competent landscape company at the house.
