This is the worst location I’ve been to yet. There are five staff members working at snail pace… Walking around confused… People are leaving without puttingv orders in… No one said hello when I walked in, no one even noticed when customers left the store. My order is completely wrong… Still standing here trying to correct it. They continue to bring me wrong items… Wrong coffee order… Extra coffee now, still wrong flavour. i asked for 50 munchkins, I guess this is really challenging and and unusual order for a Dunkin donuts. Took me actually having to say«five zero».No one saying sorry… Spent $ 50 and 30 min trying to get this right. No one trying to fix it. The staff is apparently mute. All of them. This place needs some help… More people just came in and no one is taking their order. grrr I hope a manager reads this and corrects the issues.

I’ve always loved their Hazelnut coffee. Their donuts are good too, provided you’re not expecting gourmet! So much more reasonably priced than Starbucks and the coffee is better! I am so glad they opened this store because I previously could only have when I went to Tucson.

I just love this location. Honestly didn’t think I was that big a fan of Dunkin Donuts. Since they opened right in my neighborhood, at first I felt like I had to support. And really, they have a drive thru, so how lazy of me not to at least try. Coffee is awesome… I’ve become particularly addicted to the hot mocha macchiato. Yes you heard me… addicted!!! I justify the need for the sugar, chocolate, caffeine jolt and no one argues with me. But I think at the end of the day it’s as much the friendly, helpful, caring, hey you are a great customer attitude that wins me. It’s what makes me decide to be 10 minutes later to work, give a tip, consider a pay it forward moment. Oh did I mention yummy donuts? I personally am so glad you opened a location in lil olé Sahuarita, AZ!

This dunkin donuts never has options. We ask for a boston cream, they just say«sorry we dont have those right now». Ok, we ask for a chocolate chocolate and ofcourse«sorry we dont have that right now either… Um ok what do you have? — «glazed and strawberry». Wow why dont they just say that in the first place.

I was completely blown away by what happened in the drive through this morning(7÷30÷15). I drove through around 6:15ish this morning and ordered a small coffee with cream and sugar. I’d been up all night grieving over the loss of my dog and needed a small pick me up before I continued on with my day. When I pulled up to the window to hand the cashier my payment, the gentleman at the window must have noticed my distraught look(or my need for caffeine) and gave me the coffee for free. I know in the long run, it isn’t much of a big deal for the corporation, nor did I arrive with the expectation of receiving something for free, but it’s the thought that counts and it helped brighten my day.

Friendly staff and drive-thru service is great. The issue I have is the interior is never very clean. We won’t dine in anymore. Everything is grimy and sticky. It looks and feels like a dirty rag was used to clean the tables –that is if you can even find a table that was recently«cleaned.» You can see streaking all over the«cleaned» ones. This place needs a serious deep cleaning/steam cleaning and not the typical half-ass job of a kid who doesn’t care. We see the same sticky stains from last week. I’m amazed that the manager or owner doesn’t really examine how bad it’s getting. Ick!!!

If the whole purpose of your franchise is to sell donuts, you should never run out of donuts. We just tried to buy donuts on a Thursday evening, and what do ya know? Out of donuts. Wtf

When I went to Dunkin donuts in sahuarita tonight I went to get some ice cream so I wanted a layer sundae cookies and cream flavor but when I went to order they were out of most of the flavors and I was really upset so Then I asked for a brownie sundae and they were out of brownies so I had to settle for a banana royal it made me mad that they were out of lots flavors and I will not buy from them for a while. Then when I got the cup my ice cream came in it was dirty and not nice looking the Dunkin donuts needs to do a better job of making sure they can get more of the flavors that people want to have

A coworker went to Starbucks to order a «coffee traveler» carton for a boardroom meeting. In typical snooty fashion, they scoffed at the request and told her she needed to pre-order this carton a day in advance. After seeing her desperation, they offered to do her a favor and only make her wait an hour before filling her order. She left. I went to Dunkin’ Donuts, who filled my equivalent order for their Box O’ Joe in five minutes. Couple that with the ability to buy bagels and donuts in bulk at the same time, and Dunkin’ trumps Starbucks heartily. If I want to discuss race relations, I’ll go to Starbucks. For coffee and breakfast, Dunkin’ gets my business.

There are very few places to eat in Sahuarita in the morning, particularly in Rancho Sahuarita. You have your choice of Starbucks in the Fry’s Marketplace, Subway, McDonalds or Dunkin’ Donuts. When I’m home on the weekend, the Starbucks is normally our go-to spot since the staff there is amazing and always make our drinks well. However, variety is nice and we have tried Dunkin’ about a dozen times. First of all, the donuts aren’t great, but I rarely eat donuts and have little comparison. But they always seem a little stale. After reading other Unilocal reviews, it seems like the donuts are shipped into the Sahuarita franchise… it explains a lot of my confusion. Second, they are always out of something. Today, I walked in and they had no donuts. It was 8 a.m. How does a place with the word«Donuts» in its name not have donuts in the morning? My choices were bagels or Munchkins. I chose to walk out instead. But today wasn’t the only instance where they have been out of something. They have to make a new pot of coffee to give me a cup, they are out of boxes and shove all the donuts in a bag… and this is becoming more common. After realizing donuts at Dunkin’ Donuts weren’t happening today, I drove up to Donut Wheel on Valencia Rd. The donuts there were phenomenal. Friendly service with no wait. If you live in Sahuarita, I suggest that if you need a donut fix. Here’s the worst part. I called Dunkin’ Donuts’ corporate office to complain about the lack of boxes back in December. They said because most of their stores are franchises that decisions are on the owners, however they would put in a note to the owner and ask that he/she call me. I never heard from anybody at the store. I guess that’s what the franchise owners think about Sahuarita residents who frequent their business. Long story short — I can’t recommend eating here.

Why would anyone open a donut store and have the donuts shipped in. Does anyone really want to pay for STALE donuts???

I enjoy their coffee, much better prices than Starbucks but… I have been in the drive-through twice this week and both times was late for work because it took SOLONG. One car will sit at the window for 5+ minutes. All I got was a coffee and 2 croissants — no making food necessary. I will hesitate to return in the future because of this.

Its 6pm and there was one customer. That should have given me a sign. The seating was dirty. All tables needed to be wiped down and the trash can was overflowing.

I’m happy to have a Dunkin Donuts and a Baskin Robins together in one place and so close by. The service, the coffee and the ice cream has been really good. The donuts would obviously be better if they were actually made here instead of being shipped in, but they aren’t bad. I’m hoping the owners find another location or a bigger space near by where they could bake the donuts and serve them fresh in Sahuarita.

Since we all know what to expect from a normal Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins I’ll keep it simple. Service is average, a couple of times I’ve gone after 5 pm and the donuts were stale or they’ve been out of ingredients. I’ll visit every now and then when I have a sweet tooth or snack, but nothing out of the ordinary.

The staff here is very friendly, but they need a lot more training. My normal order is black iced coffee, and they do a good job with it. But anything more than a black coffee is regularly incorrect. Piles of sugar on the bottom of iced coffee, even when asked for melted sugar. Also the fact the donuts arent made fresh and are delivered, usually already stale, is a big turn off. Again, the staff is wicked nice, but this Dunks wouldnt last 2 days back in New England. Also, for other customers, dont use the drive thru when ordering the whole damn menu.

I came for the first time tonight and it was awesome. They had the ice cream already packaged that we wanted, the staff was friendly and it was super clean. Even though I already bought what I wanted they encouraged me to try other flavors. Good job!

I frequent Dunkin Donuts almost daily and was excited to see this new location in Sahuarita. Just picked up some donuts there and they were pretty awful. Hard, dry, and tasted like they were made days ago. From reading the reviews on here, it seems like this is the norm. I won’t be stopping at this location again anytime soon. Will continue on into Tucson.

The one and only time I have been to this dunkin they forgot to charge a meal in which a very rude older gentleman with a mustache called me up to the counter and yelled at the cashier. To top off the experience following the fiasco he made the wrong meal for me. I think if I return it will be strictly for coffee!

I know it’s fairly new at this location but I’ve been here twice on Saturday mornings and the service is AWFUL!!! The owners may want to think about hiring a few adults because all these kids working here have no clue and all they do is text and check their phones instead of working on a busy morning!
