Following several days of record high temps, we experienced a 4+ hour power outage. When power returned, one of our a/​c units was no longer putting out cold air. We called Absolute and were pleasantly surprised to be able to schedule a service call the next day. Bill from Absolute called when he was enroute and arrived shortly thereafter. He had our unit repaired and running 30 minutes later. It appeared the power surge had blown out the capacitor. Even though he had to be overwhelmed with so many service calls and was working in extreme heat, Bill was not only professional but also friendly with a ‘can do’ attitude. We are pleased to recommend this company and have dubbed Bill ‘Mr. Magic’!

Great service, friendly service. I had an AC problem and had waited 2 weeks for the company from Tucson to get parts when they told me it would be another week, I called Absolute and they had the parts and installed them in 4 days! I would highly recommend Absolute to do your Heating and AC work. The price was even less then their estimate (that is unusual).

These guys are great. They have been to my house twice in the past couple of months, first for a cooler repair and next to troubleshoot a problem with one of my AC units. Both times the tech was named Brian and he showed up in time, did great work and solved the problems quickly and at a reasonable price. As bad as my review was for ARS, this review could not be better. I recommend this company highly!
