Went to Lowe’s bought a garage opener and had them replace our old one. The workers were GREAT! that installed everything for us. However had an issue and called the company wanting to get an answer. It took calling him(the owner Joe) and trying to text which I am unable to do; then a friend sent a text for me. Then received a call from Lowe’s asking about the install I said trying to call the company and he will not return my call. It took 5 days to get a response. This happened one more time went through the entire spill again; if he would have called me he could have explained to me somethings but no he doesn’t return calls. I gave them a 3 star because of the men who installed the equipment and also the man who came to my home after a week of trying to get a simple phone call back from the company(Joe). The workers were kind and considerate. I would like to give a 1 star for customer care with the owner. If I can’t call you and you can’t return a call how good is your warranty? I did have extra work done as well which wasn’t through Lowe’s with him so if you want a quick response then this isn’t the person to use. Installer great.
